If you'd like to exchange a product you purchased, we're able to handle your exchange request through our customer service. Please note that if you wish to return a product, we do not issue cash refunds. Instead, we provide a voucher for the value of your purchase that you can redeem for any of our products.
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return. The product must be returned in the same condition it was received — that is, in perfect aesthetic and functional condition, unused, with its original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
All shipments are made once payment has been confirmed.
We do our best to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible within the city of Bogotá. Nationwide, delivery will follow the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase, without any commitment to delivery at a specific hour. We assume no responsibility for courier service delays caused by events of force majeure or fortuitous events.

The person receiving the product must be of legal age, and if upon receipt the product shows external damage or arrives in poor condition, it must be returned and reported through Nexsa's customer service channels, along with evidence, to info@nexsa.net
If the shipment does not arrive within 30 calendar days, Nexsa S.A.S. will proceed to refund the purchase amount.
You may use any payment method when making your purchase on our website. You'll receive a confirmation email with your purchase and delivery time. Prices and availability apply only to purchases made through our website and may differ from other online stores. The electronic invoice will be issued to the email provided at the time of purchase, within the following 7 business days.
For purchases made through our website, Nexsa states that it uses the highest existing security standards to keep the website safe and satisfactory to use. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of viruses or other elements that could damage or alter the user's computer system (hardware or software), nor do we assume any liability
arising from this. As a user, it is your responsibility to have adequate tools in place to detect viruses or any other harmful computer elements.
